Project Overview

Deliver a turnkey energy performance project incorporating Advanced Process Control (APC) for evaporators, pre-evaporation, and concentrators.

Performance-based contract.

With the objectives to:

  • Stabilize evaporator and concentrator levels
  • Stabilize boiling temperature
  • Increase dry matter content (%)
  • Reduce high-limit excursions
  • Minimize production losses
  • Reduce manual operator interventions

Services & Solutions Provided

The plant operates a recovery boiler, a multi-fuel power boiler, and an energy network featuring three steam turbines integrated into process requirements. In this context, our combustion, steam generation, and power production optimization solutions represent a major lever for energy performance enhancement.

Deploying Advanced Process Control (APC) logic supports more stable, flexible, and efficient operation of power assets—delivering a full return on investment in under 12 months.

Performance-Based Contract

  • Enero assumes investment risks
  • Project funded directly through generated savings
    • (Payback < 1 year)
  • ~50% of total project costs funded by government grant programs
